In the late 1800s, Glens Falls photographer Seneca Ray Stoddard captured some of the most iconic scenes in North Country. His photos helped to plant the Adirondacks in the American imagination. Another Glens Falls native, Mark Bowie, has spent two years photographing the same scenes. “In Stoddard’s Footsteps” opened last week at the Chapman Historical Museum.
