The Bus, a new play by Vermont writer Jim Lantz opens tonight at Burlington's FlynnSpace. Set in small-town America, The Bus is the story of two teens caught in the middle of a dispute between the owner of a gas station and a large church. Battle of Plattsburgh heroes inspire new music

Battle of Plattsburgh commemorative events are underway this week in Plattsburgh and nearby communities. Last Thursday night, Atlantic Crossing, a Vermont English and Contra dance band performed live during "Open Studio", NCPR's monthly arts program.
